Fátima holds a postgraduate degree in School Management, and is a specialist in Bilingualism. She is passionate about Education. From initial training in Nursing, they retain a natural gift for caring for people: enjoying connections with students, parents, and colleagues, and fostering a collaborative and welcoming learning environment. Their mission is to contribute to the holistic development of students, shaping more conscious and future-ready citizens. They are the founder and General Director of Aubrick Bilingual School in São Paulo.
A pedagogue with a Master’s degree in Special Education and postgraduate studies in Didactics for Bilingual Education and Literacy. She has experience both in the classroom and in the management of bilingual schools, as well as acting as a teacher trainer in various areas. At Aubrick, she serves as the Academic Director, promoting the alignment of practices with the school’s pedagogical project, overseeing the professional development of staff, and striving to create an educational experience of excellence and relevance for all students.
An educator with a degree in Pedagogy and a postgraduate specialization in Psychomotricity, with over 15 years of experience in bilingual education. Her greatest passion is working with very young children, and her studies focus on early childhood, ages 0 to 3. With a careful eye on the holistic development of the little ones, she believes this stage of life is crucial for shaping confident, creative individuals capable of expressing themselves. Her work aims to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, always emphasizing care and affection.
A bilingual pedagogue, specialized in early childhood, and passionate about the development of the first years of life. Her attentive approach to literacy in two languages and the nuances of bilingual education reflects her commitment to providing meaningful experiences for children. A dedicated coordinator, Eloisa values every interaction with the little ones and their families, believing that a nurturing environment is the foundation for safe and emotionally supportive learning. For her, education goes far beyond teaching—it is a space for encounters, discoveries, and the building of strong bonds.

Graduated in Performing Arts, they bring strong communication skills and creativity to interactions with students, families, faculty, and school administrators at Aubrick School. Their training in Pedagogy solidified a passion for teaching. They believe in the importance of the school as a welcoming and inclusive environment, where children feel safe to learn from each other, share knowledge and experiences, and develop their socio-emotional skills.
An Academic Coordinator for Y3 to Y5 with a solid background in bilingual education. Graduated in Languages, she holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and a postgraduate specialization in Bilingualism, as well as certifications in Bilingual Education Management and Critical Bi/Multilingual Training. With experience in implementing bilingual programs, her work focuses on developing pedagogical practices that promote the integrated and meaningful acquisition of multiple languages. She is also committed to fostering ethical coexistence in the school, encouraging an environment of respect, inclusion, and citizenship. Her approach aims to align theory and practice to ensure high-quality bilingual education, valuing both students’ academic and socio-emotional development.
Graduated in Psychology and Languages, with several postgraduate degrees in the field of education. His career is marked by an interdisciplinary and innovative approach, focusing on bilingual education, inclusion, diversity, and global citizenship. Drawing on contemporary trends such as project-based learning (PBL) and student-centered teaching, he guides educators and students in promoting diversity, critical thinking, and the expansion of cultural knowledge. His experience in neuropsychology and rehabilitation reinforces his commitment to inclusive education, ensuring strategies for different learning profiles. In addition, he works in teacher training and curriculum development that address the challenges of a globalized world, fostering creativity, engagement, and social awareness.
Coordinator for Y9–High School and Round Square Representative at Aubrick School, an avid reader and culture enthusiast with over 23 years of experience in basic and international education in São Paulo. Throughout her career, she has led academic projects that integrate curriculum, socio-emotional competencies, and high-quality learning experiences connected to real life, popular culture, and the local community. She has worked in renowned institutions, designing and implementing innovative programs focused on student leadership, dual certification, and the holistic development of learners.

He holds a degree in Languages (Brazil) and Business Studies (Canada), is a psychoanalyst, and has postgraduate studies in Digital Technologies, Neuropsychopedagogy, and International Counseling Coordination. He earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Chichester, in the United Kingdom. He works in the field of educational and career counseling, focusing on socioemotional development and academic and career guidance for admission to national and international universities.
